摘要

海事数据作为最重要的政府数据资产之一,越来越受到利益相关者的关注,透明度和数据重用是两个主要目标。利用语义网络社区的方法和技术,将大量海事数据作为链接开放数据放到网络上。然而,现有海事数据集的构建没有考虑到领域建模的步骤,这一步自然在于关联数据本身。本文尝试引入领域建模来辅助海事数据作为关联数据在网络上发布。在此基础上,我们展示了一个关联海事数据的知识发现。本文的工作具有一定的研究价值,对其他数字政府案例具有一定的借鉴意义。
