In addition,\nthe management of Corporate Social Responsibility will be described, focusing on good practices\nwith language such as the establishment of dialogue processes, the codification of language practices\nand accountability. 摘要

在当前背景下,保护少数民族语言的主要挑战不应被排除在公司在可持续发展背景下所面临的挑战之外。本文是一个工具,包含了一些概念性的考虑,适用于选择企业社会责任的公司和在语言管理方面支持他们的组织。为此,一方面,公司在语言方面的社会责任将被概念化,同时定义语言方面的重要性和语言在公司中的优先级。此外,还将描述企业社会责任的管理,重点关注对话过程的建立、语言实践的编纂和问责制等良好实践。最后,本文还将表明,在语言方面,公司应该依靠四个要素:法律途径,商业途径,社会责任途径,最后是保护途径。•关键词:公司;语言;社会责任
