Low and high frequency frames in temporal domain are encoded through the distinct coding manner, where the former is encoded by the BISK algorithm after spatial analysis. But the latter is encoded by two distinct ways according to the correlation between the reference and current frames. In this way, regions which have high correlations are coded by Wyner-Ziv coding, and regions which only have short correlations are coded by BISK after discrete wavelet transform.
