摘要

本文通过引入Wyner-Ziv编码这一新的编码结构,提出了一种基于MCTF-WZ的小波视频编码方法。低频帧和高频帧在时域内采用不同的编码方式进行编码,低频帧经过空间分析后采用BISK算法进行编码。而后者则根据参考帧与当前帧之间的相关性,采用两种不同的编码方式。这样,对相关性高的区域进行Wyner-Ziv编码,对相关性较短的区域进行离散小波变换后的BISK编码。该方案的编码效率接近H.264和MC-EZBC,甚至更高。
