摘要

本文提出了一种新的混合NAND闪存管理策略优化算法,该算法可以大大提高NAND闪存的写性能和垃圾回收效率。采用自适应动态地址映射机制,考虑扇区地址映射表的空间局部性和时间局部性,提高了系统的写速度。我们称我们的算法为FRW。FRW中的每个数据块可以有多个日志块。然后通过增加日志块列表信息的存储量和当前块中剩余空闲扇区的数量,巧妙地设计了动态块地址映射表,大大提高了算法的写性能。最后,在Flash Sim模拟器上将该优化算法与经典的混合FAST算法进行了比较。
