In this study, hyaluronic acid was produced by chemical extraction from the rooster needle, which has not been evaluated much in our country. In addition, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy and Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy analysis of the produced hyaluronic acid was performed.
