In combination with the actual teaching requirements of course design of mechanical manufacturing, the function of arranging the process routes of the typical parts in course design of mechanical manufacturing process is designed. The assistant teaching system assists teachers to carry out some teaching work to alleviate the teaching burden of teachers. The practical application shows that the innovative mobile augmented reality teaching promotes students to understand the teaching content flexibly and enhance the quality of manufacturing technology course design. 摘要

本辅助教学系统是将先进的移动增强现实技术应用于机械制造课程设计的实践教学中。辅助教学系统实现了数字信息对现实世界的叠加、三维模型的旋转缩放、横截面模型的显示等功能。结合机械制造课程设计的实际教学要求,设计了机械制造过程课程设计中典型零件工艺路线的编排功能。辅助教学系统辅助教师开展一些教学工作,减轻教师的教学负担。实际应用表明,创新的移动增强现实教学促进了学生对教学内容的灵活理解,提高了制造技术课程设计的质量。最后以典型零件“CA6140车床叉”为例,介绍了该系统的功能和操作。
