摘要

本文在现有工业自动化系统的基础上,提出了一种实现信号采集和控制各子系统的方案,以实现系统网络化、协调运行和控制智能化。该系统以8051单片机为核心,实现了对各系统下位机的数据采集和系统监控。系统的硬件设计是根据现有设备的特点进行的。系统采用进口485总线规格,实现超长距离通信,降低了总线密度,提高了系统可靠性。为企业实现网络自动化控制和井顶对未来二次开采和功能拓展提供可靠保障。
