Risk management is proxies by operating costs on operating income (BOPO), non-performing loans (NPL), and Reserve Requirements (RR). The results showed that the independent variables BOPO and RR had a significant effect on the dependent variable Y1, and simultaneously independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variables Y1 and Y2.
