Carbosil is obtained from rice husk waste by using the pyrolysis method. This research was conducted to determine the effect of temperature on the microstructure, structure and functional groups of carbosil asphalt composites. XRD analysis obtained that the phase formed from each composition variation was an amorphous phase. The DTA/TGA analysis shows that there is a change in energy due to the addition of heat, which is indicated by the presence of mass shrinkage in the sample. 摘要

本研究对碳硅沥青复合材料进行了表征,其组成变化为1:9;1.5:8.5;2:8;2.5:7.5;3:7,不加沥青的纯碳硅比。以稻壳废料为原料,采用热解法制备羧化甘油。研究温度对碳硅沥青复合材料微观结构、结构和官能团的影响。XRD分析表明,各组分变化形成的相均为非晶相。DTA/TGA分析表明,由于热量的增加,能量发生了变化,这表明样品中存在质量收缩。抗压强度结果表明,不同材料组成的碳硅沥青复合材料的强度对其抗裂性能有影响。
