The results showed that the incubation business, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation have positive and significant impacts on the dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. It is also proven that the dynamic capability is a strong mediator. 摘要

. 在疫情后的数字时代,竞争将日益激烈,因此创意经济必须具有竞争优势。本研究旨在探讨五螺旋型企业孵化器、市场导向和创业导向对动态能力和竞争优势的影响,以及动态能力在这一关系中的中介作用。通过随机抽样的方法,选取了印度尼西亚东爪哇省的252名创意经济企业家作为调查对象。5点李克特问卷分布数据采用PLS-SEM分析。结果表明,创业孵化、市场导向和创业导向对企业动态能力和竞争优势有显著的正向影响。同时也证明了动态能力是一个很强的中介。适当的商业孵化与以客户为中心和创新行动相平衡,将提高创新能力,从而影响竞争优势。
