摘要

与工业4.0范式相关的技术的出现正日益影响着生产系统的设计和管理。然而,与装配线相关的应用很少在文献中进行探讨。因此,本文提出了一种基于数字孪生的方法来解决卡洛·卡塔尼奥- LIUC大学i-FAB学习型工厂的实时装配线平衡问题。结果表明,数字孪生(DT)的实施可以提高人工装配线的整体生产力,以平滑中断的影响。
