For this purpose, literature review was conducted, and validity and reliability were verified. The results of study showed that the level of components of emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence of university lifelong education manager was relatively high. The level of organizational effectiveness of university lifelong education manager was confirmed to be normal level, organizational commitment and job satisfaction among the components of organizational effectiveness were confirmed to be high level, and turnover intention was confirmed to be low level. It was found that self emotional understanding and emotional regulation have an effect on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study will be able to suggest the importance of emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness as a way to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment of university lifelong education manager and to reduce turnover intention. Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Effectiveness of University Lifelong Education Manager
