The effect of the proposed modulation method is confirmed by the simulation with PSIM and the circuit experiment. 摘要

提出了一种采用串并联转换(SCISPC)的开关电容逆变器电容电压纹波抑制调制方法。该调制方法采用移相脉宽调制(PWM)方法和移电平脉宽调制方法。采用这种调制方法对7电平SCISPC中的两个电容进行交替充电。由于放电周期变短,这些电容器的电压纹波可以变小。所提出的调制方法的开关频率可以降低。由于电容器的电压纹波小,实现了SCISPC的高效率功率转换。通过PSIM仿真和电路实验验证了所提调制方法的效果。仿真结果表明,电容器的电压纹波降低幅度为33.7%。
