摘要

三组杂交犊牛分别接种口蹄疫疫苗、口蹄疫+狂犬病联合疫苗和单独接种狂犬病疫苗。通过接种后不同时间间隔的血清抗体测定来确定疫苗的有效性。本研究结果表明,由于母源性口蹄疫病毒抗原抗体的存在,动物对单次接种口蹄疫疫苗和口蹄疫+狂犬病联合疫苗的免疫应答不理想。然而,两次接种在两组动物中都引起了对口蹄疫病毒抗原的满意抗体反应。单独使用狂犬病抗原和口蹄疫+狂犬病抗原联合使用均能诱导出满意的血清狂犬病抗原抗体滴度。动物单独接种口蹄疫疫苗、单独接种狂犬病疫苗或口蹄疫+狂犬病联合疫苗的血清学反应无显著差异。
