摘要

图像质量评价是图像工程的重要内容,在图像通信过程中起着重要作用。评价方法一般可分为客观质量评价方法和主观质量评价方法。分析了传统的全参考图像质量评价方法及其存在的问题。本文在分析图像信息与相关性的基础上,对图像质量评价方法的理论和结构失真进行了深入分析,实验证明了所提出的方法,一种非参考图像质量评价方法,提高了人们主观视觉质量的一致性。
