The proposed design consists of rectangular patch antenna in ring shaped with U-slots cut in ground. Antenna is fed by micro strip line. The performance of rectangular patch antenna has been discussed and analyzed by modification of the patch dimensions. The proposed antenna is having bandwidth of 1300 MHz, gain 2.65 dBi and return loss -28.82 dB.
