摘要

随着高频天波电离层的变化,其可用频率不仅保证了现有通信线路的质量和通过率,而且是新设计通信线路不可缺少的组成部分。在实际数据和先验知识匮乏的情况下,通过合理利用和优化现有的独立和分散模型,提出了一种完整而简洁的HF天波传播MUF和LUF的计算方法。并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较,表明该方法具有一定的参考价值和工程应用价值。
