摘要

目前有许多不同的光栅,需要有效的计算技术。本文提出了多单元轴对称光栅的计算方法。该技术基于旋转体时域有限差分(BOR FDTD)方法。利用该方法计算了轴对称光栅中空介质波导不同模式下的反射系数和透射系数。提出了一种有效的介质衬底计数方法。给出了有衬底和无衬底光栅的一些数值结果。
