摘要

目的:验证单增李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes, LM)接种对埃利希氏瘤动物存活的影响。研究类型:实验。动物:等基因小鼠,Balb/c,雌性,19-21 g。肿瘤-腹水埃利希氏肿瘤,稀释5 × 10(5)个细胞/0.1 ml。细菌- lm血清型4a,溶液中含有7 × 10(3)个细菌(标准亚致死剂量)。干预:a)在腹水细胞移植的同时,在携带埃利希瘤的小鼠体内接种LM。b)在腹水细胞移植前7天和移植后7天和14天接种LM。c)研究氨苄西林100 mg/kg与埃利希肿瘤和LM生物同时接种,并在腹水细胞移植后3、5、7、14、21和30 d再次接种的效果。分析:卡方检验;结果与结论:在腹水细胞移植前7天或移植后7天,仅接种一次活菌LM均能显著提高患埃利希瘤小鼠的存活率。接种LM和肿瘤移植后使用氨苄西林不改变小鼠的存活。
