摘要

邮票是民族传统历史文化的重要信息之一。本文旨在从扫描文件中检测官方邮票,识别蒙古传统、历史邮票。为此,我们进行了以下步骤:首先,基于红色分割和文档标准,从扫描文档中检测官方印章。然后,我们从扫描的文档图像中收集了6类234张传统邮票图像和100张官方邮票图像。实现了图像的去噪、调整大小、重塑等处理算法。最后,我们提出了一种新的基于KNN (k-近邻)的尺度不变分类算法。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的识别率。
