Perishable items' limited shelf lives provide significant challenges for inventory management. Since adopting a system makes it easier for a meat shop to avoid inventory shortages, achieve profit targets, shorten the cash cycle, eliminate the unnecessary carrying costs for the unused inventory, and increase profitability, a meat shop needs to understand inventory management of perishable goods. The researchers created a system that further enhances the inventory management of meat shops in NCR plus. The features of the proposed system include forecasting, monitoring the meat age, displaying real-time reports, and ensuring sufficient stocks and quality products are offered to customers.
