The developed training course consists of a trainer’s manual, a PowerPoint presentation, a simulation program using LabVIEW Program, achievement tests, and questionnaires for evaluation. The developed training course is implemented and evaluated with a sampling group of 15 selected trainees. The research results can be stated as follows; 1) the quality evaluation assessed by 5 experts obtains the average score of 4.23 (appropriate); 2) the developed training course is efficient in accordance with the Meguigans’ theory standard (equaled to 1.77). The trainees’ satisfaction towards the developed training package obtains the average score of 4.10 (satisfied). 摘要

本文旨在开发和确定工业教育机器学习培训课程的效率。开发的培训课程包括培训师手册、PowerPoint演示、使用LabVIEW程序的模拟程序、成绩测试和评估问卷。拟定的培训课程由抽样选出的15名受训人员执行和评价。研究结果如下:1) 5位专家进行质量评价,平均分4.23分(适宜);2)开发的培训课程符合Meguigans理论标准(等于1.77)。学员对开发的培训包的满意度平均得分为4.10分(满意)。根据Meguigans的理论标准,得出开发的培训包是有效的结论。
