摘要

图像和视频处理技术是交通监控常用的方法之一。本文研究了基于单台固定摄像机的车辆测速图像处理技术。因此,提出了一种基于几何计算的方法。该方法首先在视频背景中检测到移动的车辆,然后根据几何计算估计出车辆的速度。并将该方法与其他两种相同情况下的车速测量方法进行了比较评价。在160×112像素实录视频图像上的仿真结果表明,平均车速误差小于%10。
