Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah normatif yuridis. Hasil pembahasan dan Kesimpulan adalah bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal ditemukan berperan dalam banyaknya produsen makanan berbahaya di Indonesia, namun pengendalian oleh BPOM tampak meningkat setiap tahunnya. Alhasil, produk pangan Indonesia diharapkan mampu mencapai target Indonesia Sehat 2025 dan bersaing di pasar internasional, serta meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. \nDangerous foods will hinder the achievement of public health. The analysis of the effectiveness of law enforcement against hazardous food producers towards Healthy Indonesia 2025 is reviewed through the food safety system in Indonesia and the effectiveness of law enforcement for hazardous food producers. The method used in writing this article is juridical normative. The results of the discussion and conclusion are that internal and external factors are found to play a role in the number of dangerous food producers in Indonesia, but control by BPOM seems to increase every year.
