Based on the application of expert assessment methods, calculation methods for determining the volume of greenhouse gas emissions and pollution from motor vehicles, an assessment of CO2 emissions from anthropogenic sources was carried out and ways to reduce the burden on the environment were determined. Directions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions based on the implementation of a target program consisting of a number of projects are outlined: to increase the area of forests; reduction of emissions from coal generation; cleaning the air basin of cities from automobile emissions by increasing the share of environmentally friendly transport; increasing the use of renewable sources. It was revealed that heat production in Tyva is «carbon-intensive», environmentally friendly energy sources are not used enough with a significant potential for their use. The level of anthropogenic load poses a risk for the sustainable development of the republic, negatively affects the state of health of the population, morbidity and life expectancy of the population. 摘要

本文论述了燃料能源综合体发展影响下的环境形势特点,以解决可持续发展背景下的能源问题。在应用专家评估方法、确定机动车温室气体排放量和污染量的计算方法、对人为源CO2排放量进行评估的基础上,确定了减轻环境负担的途径。在执行由若干项目组成的目标方案的基础上,概述了减少温室气体排放的方向:增加森林面积;减少燃煤发电的排放;通过增加环保交通工具的份额来净化城市的空气盆地;增加可再生能源的使用。据透露,泰瓦的供热是“碳密集型”的,环境友好型能源没有得到充分利用,它们的使用潜力很大。人为负荷的水平对共和国的可持续发展构成风险,对人口的健康状况、发病率和预期寿命产生负面影响。建议在该地区引入创新的节能技术解决方案,通过设计新的创新工具来调节区域和联邦一级的环境状况,实施一套减少人为排放的措施。
