The Public Council at Rosaccreditation discussed the application of a risk-based approach to business control

In connection with Government Decree No. 336, a moratorium on business inspections continues to operate in 2023. One of the reasons for conducting an unscheduled inspection of the enterprise is the triggering of risk indicators. At a meeting of the Public Council at Rosaccreditation, it was proposed to expand the use of preventive measures in some cases when indicators are triggered. This will allow organizations to correct shortcomings without applying administrative sanctions to them.
