摘要

在双有源电桥(DAB)的设计过程中,准确计算其中电感的损耗和温升对于整个由宽带隙半导体构成的电路的可靠工作至关重要。本文提出了一种基于DAB工作特性的电感电流特性值准确、方便估计的通用方法。本文给出了基于这些特性值计算电感铁芯损耗和绕组损耗的模型,并给出了损耗引起的温升。分析了DAB工作时的换相过程和谐振过程,给出了DAB中电感的两种磁通密度回路。搭建了基于SiC MOSFET的DAB实验平台。实验结果表明,所给出的方法计算的估计值与实测值的误差小于4%。
