This paper effort is based on identification and definition of accident prone criteria, weighting to each criterion and at least assigns accident prone number and designs a prioritization model for accident prone zones. In identification of effective criteria, Delphi method, and in constructing prioritization model, multiple criteria decision making methods are used. 摘要

安全问题与交通系统中的许多问题一样,涉及许多因素,并受其他因素的影响。在伊朗,大部分注意力集中在行政工程活动上,人们认为只要进行物理调整,事故率就会降低。近年来,事故易发区域的识别和治理一直是专家们关注的问题,但目前只有专家的实验和少量的统计数据是确定路段是否事故易发的标准,而诸如事故易发前因、事故严重程度、几何、物理和交通状况等许多情感性标准尚未得到应用。本文的工作是在确定和定义事故易发标准的基础上,对每个标准进行加权,至少分配事故易发数量,并设计一个事故易发区域的优先级模型。在确定有效准则时,采用德尔菲法,在构建优先级模型时,采用多准则决策方法。虽然在本文的最后,一组点将优先与提出的模型。
