V2X communications use channels (distinctive frequency domains from the ITS band) to provide radio resources for an increasing set of cooperative ITS applications. ETSI standardized the Service Announcement (SA) facility to advertise available services on ITS access channels. In the scope of this paper, we try to analyze the effects of the SA messages on the ITS control channel. We investigate different service deployment strategies and examine how the SA, CA (Cooperative Awareness), and the CP (Collective Perception) services could be deployed.
