This floating solar PV pump is used for hybrid power source to pull a sand from under water pond. Conventional sand pulling uses diesel engine to pull a sand from the water pond. The induction motor pump with solar PV power source is considered for fuel cost reduction of diesel engine. The conceptual design result is floating solar PV panel and inverter that can be moved to the point of sand pulling. Conceptual Design of Solar PV Pump for Raw Sand Production in Central Region of Thailand
