ABSTRACT The Croton sacaquinha Croizat, popularly known as sacaquinha due to its structure is similar to the sacaca, is a plant with high medicinal value, belonging to the Euphorbiaceae family and classified within the genus Croton, having its stature represented as a tree with a characteristic low shrubby shape with crown formation, being of subtropical, tropical origin and the Amazon region. The project was carried out at the Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia at the Belém Campus, with the objective of analyzing the rooting of the species Croton sacaquinha Croizte, in a totally randomized design, with four repetitions of 10 plots for each substrate.
