Proposal of ultra-high-resolution video delivery system in edge-cloud environment
In this study, we propose a real-time video delivery system that can deliver video streams by dynamically adjusting the video rate to the customer environment to deliver the video while maintaining high quality. We also describe the implementation method of a dynamic rate-conversion system using edge computers and the IP multicast method.
