This was performed on a totally edentulous female patient of 72 years.</p><p>The treatment was initiated with the preparation of a conventional removable prosthesis until the dental articulation test from which a multifunctional guide was obtained.</p><p>At surgery, four Strong SW (SIN<sup>®</sup>, Sao Paulo, Brazil) implants were installed between mental foramen. 摘要
本文的目的是提出一个简化的方案，立即安装一个确定的假体超过四个颌骨种植体。这是对一个完全无牙的72岁女性患者进行的。治疗开始时，准备一个传统的可移动假体，直到牙科关节测试，从中获得一个多功能的引导。在手术中，四个Strong SW (SIN®，Sao Paulo, Brazil)种植体被安装在颏孔之间。微型基台用螺钉固定，并使用导模制作印痕。第2天用牙蜡进行金属结构测试，第3天用手动扭矩安装最终假体。术后10天拆除缝线，给假体螺钉施加扭矩(10 N/cm)。每6个月随访一次，无并发症发生。
