摘要

光学自由曲面广泛应用于各个领域。超精密快速刀具伺服技术是加工自由曲面光学器件的常用技术。然而,表面分解算法和平滑算法尚不成熟。本文根据加工参数赋予刀具轨迹的切削点时序特性。因此,加工路径可以在准四维坐标系中表示。然后提出了一种基于信号滤波技术的刀具轨迹生成方法,实现了曲面分解和轨迹平滑,可以更好地利用机床各加工轴的特性,同时获得更好的加工精度。
