摘要

摘要为了有效地进行配电网规划和运行,需要对配电网运行容量进行可靠的估计。但区段负荷数据作为估算运行能力的依据,其准确性较低,难以保证可靠性。本文通过分析现有的分段负荷估计方法,利用统计技术对采集的数据进行调整,并利用分段负荷估计算法根据调整后的数据对分段负荷进行估计,探讨了如何提高分段负荷数据的准确性。关键词:DAS,时间同步,分段负荷,估计可靠性1 .引言考虑线路的实际状况,正确估计分段负荷对配电规划和运行至关重要。现有的基于配电自动化系统的分段负荷数据估算方法是不正确的,仅供实际配电系统运行时参考。数据不正确,因为有用的电压数据不是从配电开关获取的,也因为电流数据在开关处不是时间同步的,并且有一些缺失的数据部分。本文通过分析现有的利用配电自动化系统进行分段负荷估计和问题识别的方法,利用统计技术对采集的数据进行调整,利用分段负荷估计算法对调整后的数据进行分段负荷估计,探讨如何提高分段负荷数据的准确性。
