A user can send the robot to the outside by watching the CRT display. Then, a user can watch the outside scene, and can talk to a person using a microphone and speaker. The operation of the remote control robot is very difficult. Therefore, an automatic avoidance control system of an obstacle is designed. This paper describes the concept and design of the going out experience robot.
