摘要

本文利用ANSYS 12.1对涡轮流量计启动工况进行了数值模拟研究,并用实验方法验证了模拟的准确性。结果表明,该仿真方法是合理的,可用于提高涡轮流量计在小流量下的性能。最后,讨论了叶片顶壳间隙的影响。

An investigation on the behaviours of a turbine flowmeter under low flow rate condition
This paper gives a numerical simulation to research the turbine flowmeter at starting flow by ANSYS 12.1 and verifies the accuracy of the simulation by experimental method. And it is found that the simulation method is reasonable for the investigation and can be used for improving the performance of turbine flowmeter at low flow rate.
