摘要

矿石长距离管道输送中的压力检测问题是保证管道安全、高效输送的重要技术指标之一。本文介绍了一种长距离矿浆管道压力检测方法,用检测环管、微差压变送器和u型汞管差压计组成压力检测。检测回路管与总管相同,与总管平行设置。在电流速度和浓度相结合的情况下,计算出机组在路上的电阻,检测出回路管的实际长度。大红山管道实际应用表明,将该方法用于压力检测,不仅解决了长输管道压力检测问题,而且解决了两相流处于湍流状态时理论值与实际值误差相当大的问题,保障了长输矿浆管道安全、稳定、高效运行。
