According to drug use, 36 (35.5%) patients were using one drug, 27 (26.5%) were using two different drugs, and 39 (38.2%) patients were using three or more different drugs. Number of itchy regions was found to have no significant impact on number of additional diseases. 摘要

目的:探讨65岁以上慢性瘙痒患者的血液学指标、多种药物使用情况、瘙痒区、瘙痒区数量及全身性疾病。方法:对我院家庭健康中心收治的102例65岁及以上患者的血液学指标、瘙痒区、多种药物使用情况及全身性疾病进行详细评价。结果:根据附加疾病进行评估时,39例(38.2%)患者有一种附加疾病,63例(61.8%)患者有一种以上附加疾病。按用药情况分,使用一种药物36例(35.5%),使用两种不同药物27例(26.5%),使用三种及以上不同药物39例(38.2%)。发现发痒区域的数量对其他疾病的数量没有显著影响。不同用药次数对发痒区域数量的影响无显著性差异。结论:对65岁及以上就诊于家庭健康中心的慢性瘙痒患者进行详细的血液学、系统性疾病和多种药物使用评估,可以为老年慢性瘙痒患者建立一个通用的治疗方法。
