And this method can realize fault local judgment and improve the speed of protection operation. In addition, the method of distinguishing the faults of adjacent lines, busbars and local lines is specifically proposed, and the accuracy of the proposed method and the selectivity, reliability and speed of protection actions are verified by PSCAD under different working conditions. 摘要

提高直流电网中高压直流断路器的分断速度,可以在故障情况下为直流-高压直流系统的其他控制策略提供额外的必要时间。本文以张北四端柔性直流输电工程为例,提出了一种新的高压直流断路器故障局部检测和电力线保护控制策略。该方法通过监测直流线路两端的电压变化率(ROCOV)来判断线路是否存在故障。该方法可以实现故障的局部判断,提高保护动作的速度。此外,具体提出了相邻线路、母线和局部线路故障的识别方法,并通过PSCAD在不同工况下验证了所提方法的准确性和保护动作的选择性、可靠性和速度。对于需要快速清除故障的柔性高压直流系统,该方法为直流断路器快速自开控制策略提供了新的研究思路。
