摘要

随着信息技术的发展和普及,辅助教学应用程序在辅助传统课堂教学,提高学生课堂参与度方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在使用app进行教学时,需要考虑到电脑焦虑(computer anxiety, CA),因为CA是学生在使用电脑时常见的一种消极心态。然而,在现有的研究中,CA是否以及如何影响学生的参与仍然未知。因此,在研究APP如何促进学生参与的过程中,本研究进一步考虑APP本身,进而纳入APP的质量,而APP的质量可能会影响CA。基于此,本研究以信息系统(IS)成功模型为理论基础,提出一个研究模型,从系统质量、信息质量、服务质量和界面质量四个方面探讨APP质量是否以及如何通过个体的CA影响学生参与。
