This method is based on the measurements, that use the combination of the same apparatus blocks and their different positioning. The distinctive feature of the discussed methods is their stability to the changes of apparatus constants, the pollution of the optical components, as well as the elimination or minimization of the used a priori information or assumptions about the object.
