The paper considers a linear control system with a delay in the conditions of inaccuracy of information about the parameter of external influence. The optimal control problem is studied in the sense of the transfers of the trajectory to a mobile terminal set in minimal time. Necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are obtained.
