Purpose: The purpose of this article is to study the principles of improving energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of multifunctional complexes in Ukraine and thereby enrich the national experience in designing sustainable architecture. Results: On the basis of the study, scientific principles and recommendations are developed that contribute to improving the energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of such complexes. 摘要

原创性/价值:能源效率和环境友好性,作为多功能综合体可持续性的重要原则,在这里考虑了国际经验的背景下,能够确定在乌克兰设计此类建筑时适用的主要方面。目的:本文的目的是研究提高乌克兰多功能综合体的能源效率和环境友好性的原则,从而丰富国家在可持续建筑设计方面的经验。结果:在研究的基础上,提出了科学的原则和建议,有助于提高此类综合体的能源效率和环境友好性。结论:替代能源的使用至少可以覆盖总能耗的15-20%,通过优化计划,可以将建筑的能源效率提高14%。
