A 62-year-old man presented with progressive aphasia, dementia, seizure and stroke-like symptom. Brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed dynamic progressive fluid attenuated inversion recovery lesions and multiple punctate microbleeds in the bilateral subcortical region. A kidney biopsy revealed IVLBCL.
