摘要

根据测试需求,提出了矢量网络分析仪内部模块自动测试系统的实现方案。测试系统软件由6个子测试系统组成。本测试系统支持导入客户自定义的程序控制命令,使测试系统能够适应不同厂家、不同类型的测试仪器来完成测试任务。该测试系统已广泛应用于3672系列矢量网络分析仪生产线,为仪器有限公司每年节省约6万工时,使仪器的生产成本降低了30%。
