The sampling technique used is random sampling or random sampling. Data collection techniques used 1. Observations 2. library studies 3. cetets (questionnaire). The collected data is then analyzed with the help of SPSS 16 for Windows applications. The results showed that 1. the influence of leadership style on community participation in Sereang Village Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang District was in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 31.7%. 2. 摘要
本研究旨在:1.;找出领导风格对社区参与的影响，在Sidenreng Rappang县maritengenggae区Sereang村。找出影响西登拉邦县马里登盖区世朗村领导风格的因素。本研究的总人数为779人，样本为78人。所采用的抽样技术是随机抽样或随机抽样。使用的数据收集技术观察2。图书馆研究cetets(问卷调查)。收集的数据然后用SPSS 16 for Windows应用程序进行分析。结果表明:1。领导风格对社区参与的影响在西登勒拉邦区马里登盖区雪朗村为不利，占31.7%。2. 四登拉邦县马里登溪区色朗村影响领导风格的因素是:基于强迫的力量(17.7%)，欣赏的力量(26%)，专业知识的力量(19.5%)，官方的力量(11.9%)，参考的力量(14.4%)。
