Attributes associated with Public Sector Management Quality Award (PMQA) criteria are considered as the input and output variables for the main-model and sub-models, respectively. The dependent variable is the quality management performance. Highway projects for the Thailand Department of Highway (DOH) have been used as data sources for this study.
