摘要

微电网的电力管理涉及到由于风能、太阳能等可再生能源输出功率的波动,对柴油发电机等可调度电源或存储设备进行规划。在孤岛模式下,为了在风电和太阳能输出变化的情况下实现电力平衡,需要采用调节可调度发电机功率和减载等控制策略。本文介绍了在冲突多目标的基础上,利用粒子群优化算法和Belman-Zadeh原理,确定未来N个时刻的放量策略。并介绍了一种中压MG的应用。
