The authors have developed a dynamic model for analyzing the innovative projects efficiency management that allows us to rely on a stability area when calculating the marginal values of factors corresponding to the criterion of the an innovative project efficiency when solving direct and inverse problems. The designed models make it possible to analyze the innovative projects efficiency management and substantiate the possible development of the area of innovative project stability in the context of digitalization. In further research, the authors intend to build a generalized dynamic model for assessing efficiency of innovative projects' control that comprises the analysis, stability and synthesis models. 摘要

数字化在经济发展和创新过程中变得越来越重要。当前经济发展阶段的特点是创新过程管理的作用越来越大,这就需要开发管理创新项目效率的方法。现有的评估和管理创新项目效率的方法并没有带来预期的效果。因此,有必要开发新的方法,考虑到创新项目的动态,并使用新的金融工具和战略。本文考虑了动态控制律在数字化背景下创新项目效率管理分析与稳定性动态模型开发中的应用,该律研究的是自由动态自动控制系统的分析与稳定性问题。本文建立了创新项目效率管理的动态分析模型,使我们在求解正逆问题时,可以依靠稳定区域来计算创新项目效率准则所对应的因子的边际值。所设计的模型为分析创新项目效率管理提供了可能,为数字化背景下创新项目稳定性领域的可能发展提供了依据。在进一步的研究中,作者打算建立一个由分析模型、稳定性模型和综合模型组成的创新项目控制效率评价的广义动态模型。研究结果可用于所有企业创新发展的数字化分析模型和项目稳定性模型的设计。
